ANT has been successfully pursuing this partner concept for many years now with a well-coordinated team of local specialist companies - such as Scheba Elektromaschinenbau.

Visitors to Automatica can get an idea of how this cooperation works in detail. They will learn, for example, that the decisive point of the partner concept is cost optimization by concentrating on the core business. Mathias Keul, Sales Manager at ANT, explains: "As the lead company, we assume overall responsibility for the projects, cover development, design, assembly and commissioning and contribute the mechanical drive technology and linear technology. Our system partners then provide - among other things - the control technology, electrical drive technology and control cabinet construction." Thanks to this division of labor, ANT does not have to maintain its own capacities for many performance areas. As a result, the end customer only has to bear the proportionate costs of the system partners for the respective project. In this way, even complex projects remain lean and economical for the client.

An important aspect of quality assurance in the partner concept is the fact that all participating companies have to prove themselves in daily cooperation with well-known players in Schweinfurt's large-scale industry. Their hardware and software systems must therefore be state-of-the-art, as must their expertise in the fields of electronics, production automation and plant commissioning.

ANT itself has a wide-ranging portfolio of ball screw drives, worm gear screw jacks and linear guides and units, which is based on two important pillars: A selection of products developed in-house - such as highly dynamic high-speed screw jacks - and the complete current delivery program from Bosch Rexroth. Since 2016, ANT has also been part of the small group of authorized Bosch Rexroth sales partners, which only includes companies that have proven experience in the implementation of system solutions using Bosch Rexroth products and who, as system partners, also assume responsibility for complete solutions - including important purchased parts such as motors and controllers. as
