Expanded model range
Following its launch in 2018, Gericke's Feedos range has now developed into a complete family of feeders for hygienic and simple applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
In addition to the volumetric versions, the standard range now also includes gravimetric feeders for greater accuracy.
According to the manufacturer, the modular concept has minimal dead zones with good accessibility for cleaning and maintenance. With Gericke Easyclean, high requirements in hygienic applications or frequent product changes can be met. The hinged container design allows better access to the dosing trough and the loosener.
The design was quickly accepted by the market and is already being used in various demanding applications such as infant formula, bakery ingredients, pharmaceutical formulations and battery production.
For higher dosing accuracy, the Feedos pallet can also be combined with various Gericke weighing systems. The Easydos Pro control system is used with platform and hanging weighing devices and enables high weighing accuracy. as
