Compact lifting on the construction site

The vacuum lifting devices in the eT-Hover-univac series from Eurotech have a new addition: the eT-Hover-univac-line. The newly developed lifting device is a more compact and lighter version of the eT-Hover-univac and is also designed for use on construction sites.

The eT-Hover-univac was designed as an attachment for crane and lifting equipment. It is suitable for lifting and moving flat loads made of glass, wood, metal, stone and plastic. The new vacuum lifting device eT-Hover-univac-line has also been developed as an attachment for crane and lifting equipment and can be used for the same materials. It is more compact and lighter. These features should make it easier to use on construction sites.

"The eT-Hover-univac-line is suitable for all applications where narrow loads need to be lifted and moved," explains Product Manager Andreas Beuter. "One example of this is the installation of a conservatory, where narrow and high windows are moved and installed. With the new lifting device, even very narrow loads can now be handled quickly and easily."

360-degree rotations
The eT-Hover-univac-line is rotated manually. It can be rotated endlessly through 360 degrees in both directions and can be automatically locked every 45 degrees. The device can also be swiveled 90 degrees, which is also done manually. As with the eT-Hover-univac, it is operated using push buttons on the housing. A radio remote control is available as an option. Positioning and guiding the device is easy for the operator thanks to the two handles. An electric support arm can also be installed as an option, which can be used to swivel automatically.

The new eT-Hover-univac-line has a two-circuit system and four linear suction plates. The linear arrangement of the suction plates gave the lifting device its name. It can handle loads of up to 360 kilograms vertically and 500 kilograms horizontally. The loads to be carried may have dimensions of up to 2,500 by 1,000 millimetres. The maximum dimensions can be extended to 4,500 millimetres using an extended longitudinal beam.

The 2-circuit system and the lightweight and compact design make the eT-Hover-univac-line ideal for use on construction sites. Several safety and warning devices in accordance with DIN EN 13155 ensure the necessary safety to prevent operating errors and hazards. as
