Change of baton in the management team at Peiseler in Remscheid. Arnd Kulaczewski has been the new sole Managing Director of the manufacturer of turners, rotary tables, two-axis swivel units, swivel heads and tool changing tables since April 1. The engineering graduate takes over responsibility from Dr. Benedict Korischem and Lothar Schwarzlose, who as managing partners have developed the company into a leading international supplier of dividing heads over the last 20 years. Both are retiring three years after selling their shares to Indus. While Schwarzlose will leave the company at the end of April, Korischem will remain in an advisory capacity until the end of June.

Kulaczewski was most recently CTO and COO at Sampsistemi, an Italian manufacturer of wire and cable machines. Prior to that, he was the sole Managing Director of Maschinenfabrik Niehoff in the same industry and before that Technical Managing Director at the Schuler Group. Kulaczewski considers himself well equipped for his new position with a focus on sales, technology and production: "The current coronavirus crisis and its economic consequences, as well as the already tense economic situation in the machine tool industry, certainly represent an exceptionally difficult challenge, but I am taking on my new role in an excellently positioned company."

His predecessors Korischem and Schwarzlose had not only invested in modern production technology and consistently digitalized production control, but had also expanded the product portfolio and international market presence in recent years. As a result, they have succeeded in establishing a product range on the market that is characterized by an above-average range of applications, precision and performance in the positioning of workpieces. "In this respect, this is a good basis for the change at the helm, even in these turbulent times," says the new Peiseler Managing Director. as
