Intelligent control with microcontroller

To control the system, the company offers the Adacbox-SR-02 controller. The intelligent controller with microcontroller is suitable for volumetric dosing valves with servo-electric drive. A total of two dosing valves and one agitator can be controlled with the controller. The dosing valve types and the mixing ratio can be programmed intuitively via the keypad. The most important parameters, such as the dosing volume and the dosing cycle time, are permanently shown in the main menu on the color display.

After programming the control unit, both dots with different volumes and beads can be dispensed precisely and in any desired alternation. The dosing accuracy is independent of the environment. Single dots, lists for several dots or beads can be stored in the program. A programmable retraction cycle at the end of dosing prevents dripping.

Media-specific properties are taken into account by freely programmable waiting times and individual volume flows. Up to 128 dosing programs can be saved. A data interface is integrated. Pneumatic settings can be made via the control panel, eliminating the need for pressure control valves.

Static and dynamic mixing

Adactech supplies both static and dynamic mixing systems. The static mixing cartridge is suitable for practically all applications and is easy to clean. The Adacmix-SR is supplied as a complete system including the two VDH-SR volumetric dispensers with motor, control unit and corresponding cables.

The VDH-SR family of volumetric dispensers with servo drive is suitable for precision dispensing of low- to high-viscosity media. Adactech offers four different types that allow the dosing of volumetric dots and beads from 0.5 cubic millimetres up to 50 cubic centimetres. The dispensing valves are based on a dispensing chamber with infinitely variable volume, from which the medium is dispensed by a servo-electrically actuated dispensing piston and applied to the workpiece with high repeat accuracy. The plunger stroke is resolved by means of a position measuring system. The dispensing valves work precisely and with high repeat accuracy, regardless of the room temperature, the temperature of the dispensing medium or the supply pressure. Depending on the model and viscosity of the medium, cycle times of 0.2 seconds per cycle are achieved. as
