Automation in action
At Motek in Stuttgart, automation specialist Tünkers from Ratingen will be demonstrating the interaction of its products using the example of a production cell.
The designed simulation of the automation in a production cell brings the various modules of a modern production facility into a fully functional interaction. The integration of driverless transport systems and digital control and monitoring elements are also taken into account under the heading of "Industry 4.0".
The test set-up demonstrates how a car body part can be processed automatically. Visitors can experience the following modules in action: driverless transport systems, accumulating conveyors, robots with Tünkers grippers and clamps, turntable from Expert-Tünkers, toggle clamps, welding tongs, embossing tongs and clinching tongs. as
