360-degree vacuum sheet handling
Eurotech will be presenting a selection of its vacuum lifting devices at Blechexpo 2023. This includes the Et-Hover lifting devices in the allround, loop, univac and univac-line versions.
Depending on the version, they enable the ergonomic and semi-automated handling of loads with smooth and structured surfaces up to a maximum load capacity of 750 kg. In addition to horizontal and vertical pick-up and guidance, they offer a convenient 360° rotation range and/or an electromechanical swivel range of up to 180°. With Et-Grabo, a battery-operated vacuum hand vacuum, Eurotech is presenting its lifting aid for the manual and relieving carrying and lifting of smaller loads.
Eurotech sets high standards in terms of ecology and economy when it comes to components and accessories. Seals and suction plates are usually inseparable. When they wear out, they have to be disposed of together and replaced. Eurotech has a different solution: the base plate remains fitted. Only the worn seals are removed and replaced with new ones. Another advantage is the possibility of combining different materials and sizes from the gasket range to suit different surfaces. Both save costs and time when handling the components and protect the environment.
Another highlight announced by the company was its MTC protective covers for vacuum cups. Originally developed over 20 years ago for handling sensitive glass surfaces, the MTCs are also ideally suited for sheet metal processing. They leave hardly any marks on the sensitive sheet metal surfaces and suction cup marks are largely avoided.
