Storage of flat goods
At its euroblech stand, Kasto Maschinenbau will be demonstrating what the storage of flat goods can look like in the age of Industry 4.0.
Depending on the version, the Kasto ecostore in tower design can hold metal sheets, pallets and other flat goods up to 1,524 mm wide and 4,000 mm long. The flexible system height is up to 8 m. The respective loading heights can also be selected: users can define up to three different heights between 50 and 950 mm per storage system. The load carriers are automatically stored and retrieved and brought to the respective loading and unloading height using a lifting mechanism. Additional lifting equipment such as a forklift truck is not required for cassette retrieval.
