Production data acquisition for multi-cavity molds
In shaping production processes such as casting or pressing, several and above all different articles are produced per process and cycle. Cosmino's PDA and MES software is also prepared for such manufacturing processes.
For example, any number of products can be defined as the so-called yield for a tool or for a work sequence of an order loaded from the ERP. With each cycle signal from the machine, all items from the yield are created, both physically and in the Cosmino PDA. If it happens that the stored yield cannot be produced in full, the person entering the data simply deselects certain items temporarily.
