Pressing force up to 100 t
Schmale Maschinenbau has a new servo-electric "stand-alone" press in its range. The press stands on four feet and can be set up anywhere. It has a tool installation space of 600 mm × 470 mm with T-slots. The total stroke is 120 mm, the working stroke 25 mm. The travel profiles are freely programmable.
The speed of the press from Schmale Maschinenbau is 25 to 30 work cycles/min. The control cabinet can be mounted on the left or right of the press, depending on the user's requirements and the space available in the production hall. The press has a total weight of 9,600 kg and measures 900 mm × 1,995 mm × 3,200 mm (W×D×H).
