Frank Klingemann new Managing Director at Schuler
On January 1, 2020, Frank Klingemann took over the management of the "Industry" division at Schuler.
Among other things, he is responsible for fully automated mechanical progressive and transfer presses, which are primarily used in the automotive and supplier industry, as well as cutting lines, systems for the production of electrical sheets for motors and coin minting presses.
The graduate engineer has 30 years of experience in the industry, which he gained in various management positions at robot manufacturer Kuka, among others. Most recently, he headed the Robotic Automation business unit at the HLS Engineering Group in Augsburg. At Schuler, he is based in Weingarten.
"Schuler is an outstanding brand, so I didn't have to think twice," says Klingemann. For the new Managing Director, the objective is clear: "Innovative technology and the associated customer benefits must always be at the forefront." He sees the shift towards electromobility and the digital transformation as a great opportunity: "Schuler must take on a pioneering role here."
