Fork light barriers for feed and position control in the punching process
Meusburger is expanding its portfolio of E 6530, E 6532 and E 6536 fork light barriers in infrared and red light versions with the E 6534 split light barrier for feed and position control in the punching process. According to the manufacturer, the distances between the transmitter and receiver can be variably adjusted; the E 6548 alternating light amplifier can be optionally connected to amplify the sensor signal.
Non-contact distance measurements for double sheet and tilt control can be implemented with the E 6540 inductive analog sensor. The E 6541 controller is available for further processing of the sensor signal. According to Meusburger, up to four analog sensors can be connected to it and adjusted independently of each other. ag
