Block cylinder
For pressing and punching
Roemheld presented the new Block Cylinder S for presses and punching at the Moulding Expo.
The compact double-acting hydraulic cylinder is universally suitable for all linear movements with high force requirements. It can be used for maximum operating pressures of up to 500 bar and for operating temperatures of up to 200 °C. On request, the company can also supply the block cylinder for operating temperatures up to 250 °C.
The block cylinder was designed for various applications, for example for punching, forming and actuating core pulls and slides in mold making. The internal piston stops have been reinforced.
It is available in five sizes with piston diameters from 32 to 80 mm, four stroke lengths from 25 to 100 mm and with five different sealing systems. The user is free to choose the hydraulic fluid.
