Leuze founds subsidiary in Poland
Leuze has founded its own sales and service company, Leuze electronic Polska, based in Katowice. The safety expert is now distributing its sensor solutions on the Polish market.
"Paving the way means being close to our customers and being in direct contact and regular communication with them," says Salvatore Buccheri, Vice President Europe, explaining why Leuze is establishing a sales and service company in Poland. "For us as a company, this is also an important step towards opening up the Eastern European market," he adds.
Focus on specific industries
The entire company is geared towards a consistent policy of differentiation and focus: It concentrates on focus industries in which it has built up specific application expertise over the years. "Poland is a large, growing market. And a very important one for us, especially as the industries that Sensor People specialize in and focus on are on the rise there: the intralogistics and packaging industry, the machine tools sector and the automotive industry," explains Buccheri. "By applying our technological expertise specifically to the relevant industry segments, we are creating a new global application focus in Poland and placing our focus on safety," he adds.
Safety at Leuze
Leuze has been active in the field of occupational safety from the very beginning, with inventions such as the development of the first safety light barrier. Today, the safety expert's product portfolio includes safety components, safety services and safety solutions. This makes Leuze a reliable partner to its customers for efficient safety sensor solutions for the entire life cycle of machines and systems. The "Sensor People" have experience in the use of safety technology applications and have extensive knowledge of norms and standards. Both form the basis of Leuze safety solutions. The core of every safety solution are the safety concepts qualified by Leuze. Professional Leuze safety consultants record the requirements for each individual safety solution and adapt them individually to the respective system layout. The projects are accompanied right through to the safety-related acceptance of the safety solution on site.
