Intrinsically safe for the gas Ex area
The intrinsically safe EE100Ex humidity and temperature transmitter from E+E Elektronik is certified in accordance with the European ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU and the international IECEx standards for use in potentially explosive gas atmospheres up to Zone 1.
It offers high measuring accuracy and is suitable for particularly demanding climate and process control tasks.
The measuring transducer complies with temperature class T4 for intrinsically safe equipment and can be installed directly in potentially explosive environments. The IP65 aluminum housing and a selection of different filter caps make it versatile. The device enables precise measurement of relative humidity and temperature in the operating range of 0...100% rH and -40...60 °C. The measured values are available on two galvanically isolated, configurable 4...20 mA, 2-wire outputs.
