AC/DC converter for Industry 4.0 and IoT applications

Schukat is adding the extended RAC series of AC/DC converters from Recom with 3.5 to 20 W to its portfolio.

The RAC3.5-K/277 and RAC05-K/277 versions also work in harsh environments and at temperatures from -40 to 90 °C. The 1"×1.25" modules have been specially developed for extended mains voltages of up to 305 _VAC. Without external components, they achieve EMC compatibility in accordance with EN55022 Class B and have fully protected outputs. They are available as versions for PCB mounting as well as with leaded wires and have international safety certifications.

Both series are designed for use in IoT and smart home applications. They provide the full range of output voltages, including single outputs (5 to 48 _VDC), dual outputs (12 and 15 _VDC) as well as cable and pin variants. The input range of 85 to 264 _VACenables worldwide application.
