Lapp is bringing reliable connection solutions for networked machines and processes to Hanover. The company demonstrated the importance of smooth interaction between all components with its trade fair exhibit, which combines renewable energy, intralogistics and direct current in the factory environment.
The 3D landscape showed visitors at a glance where the strengths lie: Lapp supplies customized connection systems and industry solutions for every project and every challenge, no matter how demanding. Countless applications, machines and industries around the world work with Lapp products. In the Future Lab, where visitors can gain insights into innovations, ideas and developments, it was also clear that the company is committed to smart and customer-oriented solutions for the future and is living up to this year's trade fair claim.
When it comes to sustainability, the company's internal focus is on the ecological footprint of its own products. Future solutions also include Lapp Visual Search - an AI-supported image recognition solution that allows users to identify a product using a photo and reorder it directly via the online store. In line with the one-stop store principle, other options such as connectors or screw fittings will be offered in the tool in addition to the product being searched for.
From Monday to Thursday, the Enabler Stage hosted a program of presentations and an expert talk. The highlights also included news from the field of direct current (DC), which is becoming increasingly relevant for a sustainable industry. Last but not least, Lapp also had an extensive portfolio for the solar sector in its exhibition baggage.
