Motek 2021

Trade fair for contacts

After going virtual in 2020, this time the signals are green for a Motek 2021 as a presence trade fair with direct human contact. Record numbers of visitors and exhibitors are not the goal, but intensive discussions are.

Motek will be one of the first major industrial trade fairs to be held in Germany for a year and a half. The event will be held in accordance with the coronavirus regulations currently in force in Baden-Württemberg. It will take place together with its sister event Bondexpo for bonding technology from Tuesday, October 5 to Friday, October 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; on Friday only until 4 p.m.

The Vision trade fair for camera and image technology and the Parts2clean trade fair for component cleaning are also taking place at the same time at the Stuttgart Exhibition Center - although these two events will only run until Thursday. As the largest of the four events, Motek traditionally presents a broad spectrum of automation and drive technology, including robotics, linear technology and assembly technology. This year's focus will be on an exhibition area entitled "Software for Assembly", as well as special areas for 3D printing and the Start-up Arena. In Hall 5, the "Hairpin Motor Production Area" at Bihler will focus on production technologies for electromobility.
