Change in the Management Board
SLM Solutions: Dr. Axel Schulz dismissed
The Supervisory Board of SLM Solutions Group (the "Company") has unanimously resolved to release Dr. Axel Schulz from his duties as Chief Sales Officer of the Company with immediate effect and to dismiss him from the Management Board of the Company.
The Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Service, 3D Metals and After Sales departments, for which Dr. Schulz was responsible, will be taken over by the company's CEO, Meddah Hadjar, until further notice. Hadjar has extensive management experience from his time at General Electric. As of today, the Management Board of the SLM Solutions Group thus consists of Meddah Hadjar (Chairman of the Management Board, CEO), Uwe Bögershausen (CFO) and Dr. Gereon W. Heinemann (CTO).
