Simplified programming
Hurco has simplified programming on its five-axis machines. The machine tool manufacturer has made its machines compatible for Solid Model import.
This option allows 3D models, which are available as step files, to be imported directly from the machines, thereby reducing programming time. The import option interprets the data and enables production programming directly on the machine.
The path from workpiece to component is also safer: the potential for errors during programming is reduced many times over, also because the machining simulation of the written program is shown together with the solid model in one view. This allows you to see immediately whether the programming matches the finished component and to rework it if necessary. as
