At Schmersal, he heads a 25-strong team consisting of customer service employees, product managers and engineers. "Experts from various disciplines work together in our sales team so that we can react more quickly and flexibly to customer requests and changing market requirements," says Balack. "One of Schmersal's strengths is that it focuses on individual customer requirements and implements them in the best possible way. We are relying on this strength, because our goal is to further expand our position as a leading system and solution provider in the field of machine safety."

As a system and solution provider, the Schmersal Group supports its customers in all aspects of machine safety and offers them everything from a single source: know-how and advice, components and complete systems, hardware and software and, if required, project support from A to Z, from analysis to certification. To this end, tec.nicum, Schmersal's services division, offers a comprehensive range of safety services in addition to product- and manufacturer-independent consulting.
