Together with his wife Annette, Bernt Renner bought a small compressor company following an advertisement in the IHK newspaper. He remembers: "We started with three people. By 1998 we were already ten. There was no longer enough space and we decided to build. In 2000, we opened our own office and production hall. Today we have over 165 employees and are continuing to expand."

The company also has a production site in Bautzen. Renner compressors are manufactured in all sizes and designs using modern production processes. The company has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified since 2006. Today, compressors from Güglingen are present all over the world. The compressed air range includes oil and water-injected screw compressors, piston compressors and oil-free scroll compressors - systems with frequency control or direct drive in the power range from 1.5 to 355 kilowatts. Accessories for compressed air round off the portfolio. The products are sold exclusively through specialist dealers.

Whether frequency-controlled, with refrigeration dryer, with compressed air tank or as a complete compressed air station: energy efficiency is a matter of course at Renner. All series work economically. This is why the majority of screw compressors are eligible for BAFA subsidies. Up to 40 percent is reimbursed by the state for new and replacement investments in efficient compressors. Renner has more than 6,000 compressor models in its range. All of them can be individually adapted, from the pressure level to the energy consumption.
