Ralf Zander new Board Member for Finance and Controlling
Dr. Ralf Zander is the new Chief Financial Officer of the Lapp Group.
"Dr. Zander has extensive international experience and understands how family businesses think and act. In him, we have found an outstanding financial expert who will continue to accompany us on our growth path," says Andreas Lapp, CEO of Lapp Holding.
Ralf Zander (44) was born in Stuttgart and graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Karlsruhe. This was followed by an MBA in General Management at Union College in Schenectady (New York) and a part-time doctorate at the consulting firm Roland Berger. Zander later moved to Bosch, where he took on various tasks in the areas of logistics, controlling, strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he was Head of Finance & Controlling at Eisenmann in Böblingen.
