Orderfox.com with new platform feature
The Liechtenstein-based digitalization pioneers at Orderfox AG are continuously developing their industry platform Orderfox.com into the "Internet of the CNC industry". Interactive tools and features with more information and better service quality are constantly improving the user experience (UX) and acceptance of the innovative online platform for the manufacturing industry. The latest feature, which can be found in the Customer Service navigation level, is called Knowledge & Trends and brings together a unique collection of the best specialist articles and publications worldwide under one roof.
More than 320,000 CNC parts have already been advertised and produced, making the platform currently the largest search engine in the industry. This success is both an incentive and a mandate for the team to consistently drive forward the expansion of the platform by adding value to the user experience (UX). For example, additional customer services for the community are constantly being developed around the core process of networking matching business contacts. The globally unique Knowledge & Trends feature is currently going online.
In preparation for the go-live of this feature, transnational contacts were established with journalists, specialist publishers, associations and universities and corresponding content cooperation agreements were concluded for specialist articles and publications. As a result, industry-relevant topics and articles from science and research as well as articles about markets, innovations and projects are now bundled in the Knowledge & Trends navigation level. The main purpose of the customer service features is to provide Orderfox.com users with comprehensive information.
The main task here is to efficiently transfer knowledge on topics relating to technological change in order to remove or dismantle obstacles and barriers on the one hand and to highlight the opportunities offered by new digital business models on the other. Like all other platform features, the Knowledge & Trends feature can be used free of charge. kp
