New COO at Dassault Systèmes

Dassault Systèmes appoints Pascal Daloz as Chief Operating Officer. In doing so, the company aims to expand and strengthen its management generation. Daloz will remain Chief Financial Officer.

As COO, Pascal Daloz (50) will head the Operations Executive Committee. This new organizational structure will support the company's ambitions to drive innovation in the life sciences and healthcare, manufacturing, infrastructure and cities sectors. Daloz will also coordinate decision-making at operational level for all strategic functions within the company.

"Pascals Daloz's deep knowledge of Dassault Systèmes and his skills in a variety of disciplines, such as science and engineering, are key strengths that will enable him to fulfill the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His appointment reflects our plan to prepare for the future while maintaining continuity in the leadership and direction of the company," said Bernard Charlès, Vice-Chairman and CEO of Dassault Systèmes.

Pascal Daloz can look back on more than 20 years of experience in the areas of strategy and technological innovation management. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Strategy Officer in 2018. He began his career in 1992 as a technology consultant and sell-side technology analyst at Credit Suisse. He graduated from the École des Mines de Paris, has contributed to several books on innovation and was awarded the "Hermès de l'Innovation" prize for human relations in the workplace in 2010.
