To strengthen the areas of sales, marketing and business development, Nathalie Kletti, Vice President Enterprise Development, and Jürgen Petzel, Vice President Sales Germany, have become part of the now six-member management team. The focus is on the continuous development of sales for products, services and solutions as well as the further expansion of partner management.

Thorsten Strebel, Vice President Products and Consulting, will in future represent the interests of product development, product management and consulting services more strongly in the management team. The MES experts expect this to bring strategic advantages, particularly with regard to the continuous expansion of the product portfolio.

After an extremely successful past year, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Kletti, Managing Partner of MPDV Mikrolab, is looking to the future with motivation: "We have been recording steady, double-digit growth for years, which is not least due to the now established hype topic of Industry 4.0. In order to continue to grow in 2018, we have appointed three more MPDV executives to the management board."

With currently 380 employees, more than 40 years of project experience and know-how from over 1,000 MES installations worldwide, the MES experts make a significant contribution to the success of many companies. The current product developments and the planned announcement of a new platform for production IT make Prof. Kletti optimistic about the future: "The economic fluctuations of the past have had little effect on us - quite the opposite. In ten years' time, there will still be companies that need manufacturing IT. Our continued existence is therefore more than assured." kp
