Mitsubishi Electric Europe: Andreas Wagner succeeds Yuji Suwa
Mitsubishi Electric Europe announced the appointment of Andreas Wagner as President of the German subsidiary as of April 1, 2018. He succeeds Yuji Suwa, who will take on new responsibilities at an international level from Mitsubishi Electric's headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.
Andreas Wagner has been Chief Financial Officer of the European organization since 2014. He began his career at Mitsubishi Electric Europe in 2009 as Finance Director of the German subsidiary. Prior to that, he worked as a tax consultant and auditor at a global consulting firm. Andreas Wagner holds a degree in economics and business administration.
"The German subsidiary is and will continue to be an important part of Mitsubishi Electric in Europe and worldwide. I am pleased to hand over my responsibilities to Andreas Wagner. He will take over the management of the German branch of Mitsubishi Electric Europe with immediate effect," said Yuji Suwa, former President of the German branch of Mitsubishi Electric Europe. He has held this position since April 2015.
