Segoni, active in the field of ERP/PPS software for medium-sized companies in the DACH region, will continue to operate as an independent company. The Meusburger Group will continue on the path taken by Segoni and invest sustainably in the further development of the software.

This shows that the Meusburger Group is working intensively on the topic of digitalization in addition to its existing business areas. The aim is to understand customers and their processes even better in order to optimize processes together. In addition to the already proven knowledge-oriented management method WBI (Knowledge Better Integration), the acquisition of Segoni will also provide the Meusburger Group's customers with comprehensive support in the areas of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and PPS (Production Planning and Control System) in the digital transformation.

Segoni operates in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in the field of ERP/PPS software for medium-sized companies.
