Lehvoss takes over Osthoff Omega Group

Lehvoss takes over the business operations of Osthoff Omega Group, Norderstedt as part of an asset deal with effect from January 1, 2019.

The Osthoff Omega Group consists of the companies Heinrich Osthoff-Petrasch and Omega Minerals Germany. Founded in 1963, the company has established a leading market position in the field of functional and lightweight fillers (hollow and solid spheres, ceramic foams, reinforcing fillers, etc.).

The business operations will be integrated into the Lehvoss surface technology division. The Norderstedt site will be retained on a transitional basis and the employees will be taken on. Owner Thomas Osthoff-Petrasch will accompany the integration.
