Large influx for Intec and Z
From February 5 to 8, 2019, Intec and Z will host the first industry get-together of the year for metalworking production technology and the supplier industry in Europe. According to the organizers, the trade fair duo is very popular: around 1,300 exhibitors will present machine tools, manufacturing and automation technology, components, parts, innovative technologies and industrial services at the Leipzig trade fair.
The range of exhibitors includes global market leaders as well as innovative SMEs, with the majority of international exhibitors coming from all over Europe. Southwest Germany and the industry of Central Germany, especially Saxony, are the main pillars of the trade fair network among the national exhibitors.
A wide range of machine tools, production automation and robotics, laser and welding technology, handling technology, precision tools, devices and tool and mold making as well as measuring technology and quality assurance will be presented at Intec. Z will be launched at the same time. Together, Intec and Z cover the entire process and customer chain in manufacturing and are aimed in particular at customers from the mechanical engineering and automotive industries.
Specialist program picks up on industry topics
In the special show "Additive + Hybrid - new manufacturing technologies in use", the trade fair duo will show how the limits of conventional processes can be overcome by combining classic manufacturing methods with innovative technologies. Digitalization, sensor technology and new mobility concepts and their impact on the manufacturing and supplier industry are further topics in the specialist programme. as
