Kalmbach expands management
Kalmbach, a specialist in sophisticated aluminum and zinc die-cast components, has appointed Michael Teufel as Managing Director. The company is thus expanding its management team and taking a logical step resulting from the company's development.
"We have continued to grow strongly in recent years and have opened up new areas of responsibility, particularly in finishing. After several plant expansions and investments in the double-digit million range in the past five years alone, there are also more and more tasks to handle at management level, which can now be better distributed," says Thomas Kalmbach, Managing Partner at Kalmbach.
In future, Thomas Kalmbach will focus more on technology and the strategic direction of the company, while Michael Teufel will take over the commercial side of management. He is well prepared for this because - building on his training as a tax and business consultant - he has held management positions in various industrial companies. Before joining Kalmbach, Michael Teufel was Managing Director of a surface technology company.
