February 2019 marks the start of the next edition of the Leipzig trade fair duo: industry players will find ideal opportunities for business, contacts and an intensive professional exchange at Intec and Z. Around 1,300 exhibitors will showcase innovative products, sophisticated technology and complex services at the trade fairs. "In February, the Intec and Z trade fair alliance will become the center of the metalworking industry and its suppliers. Innovative and powerful - this is how the two industrial trade fairs present themselves. We are therefore confident that our trade fair duo will once again confirm its strong position among European capital goods trade fairs," says Markus Geisenberger, Managing Director of Leipziger Messe.

Intec - important meeting place for the metalworking industry
At Intec, one of Europe's leading trade fairs for the metalworking industry, visitors can expect a comprehensive and diverse range of production technology for metalworking, automation technology for upstream and downstream processes in production, as well as technology and equipment for workshops and operations. Numerous technology leaders from the machine tool industry, renowned suppliers of precision tools and specialists for automation solutions from Germany and abroad will be presenting their range of products and services, as will small and medium-sized companies, using Intec 2019 as an effective and attractive platform for initiating business.

The well-known German mechanical engineering centers such as Baden-Württemberg, Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Bavaria are also very strongly represented at Intec 2019. Switzerland, Italy, Austria and the Czech Republic will be the largest international participants at the upcoming edition of the trade fair. Intec can also build on a strong starting base in its core region: At no other industry trade fair in Germany does the Saxon mechanical engineering sector showcase its capabilities and innovative strength with a comparable breadth and numerical strength.

Z - concentrated presentation of supplier services
As the perfect partner to Intec, Z is being launched at the same time. It has long been one of the most important supplier trade fairs in Europe. Z offers suppliers of the middle production stages in particular the perfect platform for positioning themselves on the market. The subcontracting fair is once again well attended by suppliers of parts and components made of metals, plastics and innovative materials, with exhibitors often also offering special services such as surface treatment, development or prototyping.

In addition to regular exhibitors, numerous new companies from Central Germany and other German industrial regions as well as from abroad have been attracted to the Z. The international exhibitors mainly come from Western and Eastern Europe. With innovative ideas and sophisticated products, the suppliers will once again be presenting an exhibition tailored to the needs of the industry.
