Hahn Group expands in the USA
The Hahn Group, a provider of automation and robotics solutions, acquired REI Automation, Inc. on November 1, 2019. With the company from Columbia, South Carolina in the USA, the manufacturer is tapping into an important industrial area in the south-east of the USA and strengthening its presence in the region.
The new addition expands the Assembly & Test division within the Hahn Group. With 80 employees and a turnover of 25 million US dollars, REI Automation focuses on the medical, electronics and consumer goods industries.
REI Automation's operations will continue under the existing management, which will also remain a shareholder in the future. dsc
