    The information material for your visitors can be available in a wide variety of formats. PDFs are best suited for brochures, catalogs, white papers and presentations. However, all other file formats are also possible, such as PowerPoint. Films can either be integrated from YouTube or Vimeo or uploaded as a video file. You can therefore compile the presence from your existing content.

Exhibitors can design their own stand using a content management system (CMS). In the standard version, there are four stand types that can be customized by uploading logos and graphics. Information materials can also be easily stored in the CMS. Individual stand designs are also possible.

An important feature is the ability to chat individually with participants during the trade fair. That is why it is important to schedule staff for the duration of the trade fair who are available to answer customer questions.

  1. Draw attention
