Aventics completes management team
Andreas Ostermann von Roth joined the management of pneumatics specialist Aventics as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on January 1. He succeeds Dr. Thomas Brückner, who retired in mid-2017.
The appointment of Andreas Ostermann von Roth completes the company's management team. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), the industrial engineer will manage the company's fortunes together with Paul Cleaver, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Marcus Mayer, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new position, he will assume responsibility for the plants in Laatzen, Bonneville (France), Eger (Hungary), Lexington (USA) and Changzhou (China) as well as for the areas of purchasing, logistics and quality management.

Andreas Ostermann von Roth has many years of experience in the areas of production, purchasing and logistics. Most recently, as Head of Operations at Kuka Roboter, he was responsible for the entire supply chain. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Spectrum Brands, lnc, Varta Gerätebatterie, Behr Thermot-tronik and Audi.
