The first federal states published their requirements for hygiene and infection protection at trade fairs at the end of May and the organizers are working on implementing them. This includes untitled exhibitions, which is responsible for the all about automation trade fairs. Two trade fairs are scheduled for fall 2020: on September 9 and 10, 2020 in Essen and on September 22 and 23, 2020 in Chemnitz.

In this context, the all-about-automation trade fairs could benefit from their concept: The exhibitors' investment is manageable. The stand construction is provided centrally by the organizer, the trade fairs are of a manageable size and there is no individual catering at the stands but at central locations in the hall. According to the organizer, these are all factors that make it easier to comply with the hygiene and infection protection standards in force at the time of the trade fair. Visitors to all about automation come from the region surrounding the trade fair venue: short journey times, sufficient space and area at the trade fair, quick orientation.

Tanja Waglöhner, Managing Director of untitled exhibitions: "It is good and right that trade fairs are no longer equated with major events. Our concept around face masks, conversation zones with plexiglass separation, distancing rules and visitor flow management is in final coordination with the trade fair venues and official bodies. The quality of networking at trade fairs and the opportunity to initiate business with confidence cannot be digitized. Good discussions in a pleasant atmosphere - necessarily different in terms of the framework conditions than before Corona but no less rewarding - that is our goal for the all about automation trade fairs in the fall."
