Yaskawa expands its service offering

With the "Welcome back" initiative, Yaskawa is supporting companies in restarting their production after the lockdown until August 31. The focus is on an extended range of after-sales services.

Specifically, Yaskawa is doubling the warranty for repair or on-site service calls from twelve to 24 months during this period, for example. The company is also supporting existing and new customers on their way back to regular operation with multi-stage discounts on repair and service costs of up to 30 percent.

In the event of a follow-up order, any inspection fees charged (NFF) will be refunded within the specified period. Last but not least, the maintenance and service guarantee for the servo drives of the discontinued Sigma-II generation will be extended by a further three years until December 2024 (amplifiers) or June 2025 (motors). as
