Momentum Technologies is expanding its range of oil-free synchronous drum motors with a 180 Newton meter high-performance variant.
The new MTD139 synchronous drum motor is designed for tasks where high power density is required in confined spaces. Areas of application can be found in intermittent systems for zero pressure accumulation conveyor technology as well as in sorters, infeed and outfeed systems and pick-and-place applications with heavy loads.
Low energy requirement
The stainless steel version of the hygienic all-in-one drive from Momentum Technologies is also designed for conveyor applications in the food industry. With the new MTD139 synchronous drum motors, customers should also be able to sustainably reduce the operating costs of their conveyor systems thanks to a low energy requirement in accordance with efficiency class IE4 and a maintenance-free and easy-to-clean oil-free design.
The new MTD139 synchronous drum motors with 180 Nm torque are available immediately. They can be ordered directly from the factory with or without encoders as well as with various transmission systems and matching idlers. For roller conveyors, packages with rollers from partner company Rollex Förderelemente can also be ordered. dsc
