Synchronous compact drive

Motor with removable electronics

With the further development of the hamotic varicon compact synchronous drive, Hanning has implemented the idea of modular design. The synchronous motor used has an output of up to 2.2 kilowatts in size 71, making it one of the most compact motors that can be used for pump applications, according to the manufacturer.

The mechanical components can be adapted to customer applications. The entire electronics can be easily removed from the motor, allowing it to be replaced directly on site. If the electronics are removed and wall-mounted, the motor can even be designed up to IP67 and used in particularly difficult ambient conditions. A new feature is the pronounced modularity of the control electronics. Operation via a keypad with a graphic display and connection to a control system via four potential-free digital inputs and two analog inputs can be implemented. Integration into existing bus systems is possible via an RS485 serial interface with the Modbus RTU protocol. as
