According to the manufacturer, the design with integrated actuator means that the hollow-shaft rotary tables can be installed much more easily and quickly than comparable in-house designs. Wiring is uncomplicated: Thanks to the built-in battery-free absolute system, no reference sensors are required. The rotary table with high rigidity is designed for torques up to a maximum of 50 Nm, speeds up to 1,800 °/s as well as load torques up to 100 Nm and loads up to 4,000 N. The turntable is supplied with hollow shaft diameters between 33 mm and 100 mm and frame sizes between 60 mm and 200 mm. When installing the actuator, there is a choice between horizontal, suspended or side mounting. The hollow shaft rotary tables in the series are equipped with Ethercat, Ethernet/IP, Profinet and Modbus RTU interfaces as standard. An electromagnetic brake and a cable outlet can be installed on request.
