With Maximilian Crößmann, Frank Kronmüller and Holger Vogt, three long-standing R+W managers form the management team of the manufacturer of precision and industrial couplings. Following the move to the new company headquarters in Wörth am Main in 2019, the course is now set for innovation and success in the future.

Maximilian Crößmann is responsible for Finance, IT and Human Resources. For the 35-year-old with an international MBA, the focus is on clear structures and comprehensible processes. "One of the biggest value-adding factors for us continues to be our employees with their in-depth expertise and commitment to individual customer solutions. That's why I want to establish R+W even more strongly as an attractive employer beyond the Untermain region - especially among young talent. The modern company headquarters and the familiar working atmosphere with international, challenging projects speak for themselves."

Frank Kronmüller has been Head of Sales and Marketing for 22 years. During this time, he has played a key role in setting up the foreign subsidiaries in China and the USA, for example, and has also been Managing Director of the Italian R+W subsidiary since 2008. In his new position at the headquarters, the 53-year-old will focus on expanding sales and marketing automation as part of the company's strategic development. "You will not only find technological progress in our products, such as the intelligent clutch. We will also increasingly adapt, digitalize and automate our information and sales processes to the changing communication behaviour of a new generation of buyers. Nevertheless, personal contact with our customers is very important to us. With the right mix, R+W will continue to grow successfully."

Holger Vogt joined the Operations division at R+W at the end of 2017 and has already made his mark on the company by managing the environmentally friendly new construction project for the company headquarters and the merger of three locations. He has been Managing Director of Poppe und Potthoff Slovakia since October 2019 and is now also in charge of production, logistics and purchasing at R+W. The experienced 51-year-old engineering graduate focuses on expanding industrial, data-based process structures and introducing a lean culture: "Our overriding goal is always to be able to meet our customers' requirements even better, faster and more efficiently - without losing our core DNA as a medium-sized craft business."
