Hanover Fair 2019
New gearboxes, frequency inverters and maintenance solution
Nord Drivesystems is presenting numerous new products and new drive solutions for the digital factory at the Hannover Messe.
With its product portfolio, Nord Drivesystem supplies both standardized and individually configured solutions. The new Maxxdrive XT two-stage helical bevel gearboxes have been optimized for applications that require small ratios in combination with high performance. The output torques are between 15 and 75 kNm with a ratio range of 6.3 to 22.4. Seven sizes are available for outputs from 50 to 1,500 kW. The series is equipped with a heavily ribbed block housing and an integrated axial fan as standard. The enlarged surface area and the air guide hoods optimize the air cooling flow and achieve a high thermal output limit.
The new control cabinet inverters in the Nordac Pro family have a power range from 0.25 to 5.5 kW. The modular series can be expanded using plug-in operating, safety and option modules. The compact design in booksize format enables space-saving installation in the control cabinet. The Nordac Pro has many interfaces, including an integrated industrial Ethernet connection, a USB port and an SD card slot for parameter data storage and transfer. The frequency inverter has a powerful PLC for drive-related functions.
With the Nordcon app and the Nordac Access BT Bluetooth stick, the company offers a mobile service solution for all Nord drives. The app has a dashboard-based visualization that can be used for drive monitoring and fault diagnosis. It also enables a parameter backup and recovery function, for example.
