In July 2019, Micromo Electronics was officially integrated as Faulhaber Micromo LLC and thus became part of the Faulhaber Drive Systems division within the Group. The integration fulfills the wish of the late company owner Dr. Fritz Faulhaber Jr. The aim is to further strengthen and expand Faulhaber Micromo's position on the North American market as a supplier of high-precision miniature drive systems. Dr. Faulhaber's goal of a family-run business unit was continued by his widow Ping Faulhaber.

Faulhaber Micromo will remain in family ownership as a wholly owned subsidiary of Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH, headquartered in Schönaich near Stuttgart, Germany. The new CEO of Faulhaber Micromo is Karl Faulhaber, grandson of the founders of Micromo Electronics and Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH.

Faulhaber Micromo intends to further intensify its local service and product support for the North American market. Faulhaber's expertise in the areas of engineering, design and project management will contribute to this. This organizational change will be accompanied by a transition from the existing Micromo corporate brand to the Faulhaber brand. as
