Groschopp supplies drives, motors and controllers as well as complete solutions for small and medium-sized systems. The food industry, the packaging industry, the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and selected specialist areas in the field of mechanical engineering such as welding wire feed, inserting or PCB production in particular rely on these drive solutions in the field of conveyor technology, for example for positioning, dosing and sorting.
Continuous scales are a specialty: without stopping the conveyor belt, a weighing unit determines the weight of the products on the belt. Dynamic and precise positioning requires a powerful servo drive that can accelerate and decelerate quickly - exactly at the desired points. Groschopp also deals with the topic of cleaning: as an EHEDG member (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group), the company develops and produces drives that comply with the guidelines and all hygienic design requirements. pb
