Faulhaber opens Italian sales company

On January 1, 2019, the new sales company Faulhaber Italy will open in Lomazzo, north of Milan. The new company will take over sales and service in Italy directly from its long-standing distributor Servotecnica.

"Italy is an important market for us in which we want to have a direct presence in the future," explains Marcus Remmel, General Sales Manager at Faulhaber Drive Systems and Managing Director of Faulhaber Italia. "There are many highly interesting companies in the country, including in the areas of hand tools and medical and automation technology, some of which are already our customers today. We would like to win the others as such."

The new subsidiary will enable customers to benefit more from the company's expertise and services. "For example, direct contact can offer major advantages when selecting the optimum drive for a specific application or for the customer-specific development of applications." as
