Gearboxes for intralogistics
DC servomotors for the intralogistics sector will be on show at Dunkermotoren in Stuttgart. The NG 500 hub gearbox can be integrated into the wheel hub. Depending on the desired performance and travel speed, the NG 500 can be built with different reduction ratios and combined with motors from the BG 75 and BG 95 series.
A weight of 500 kilograms can be carried per wheel. Assuming ideal load distribution and four wheels, vehicles such as an AGV can be moved with up to 2,000 kilograms. Its smaller brother, the NG 250, can also be used as a wheel drive for lighter vehicles, for example in winder applications.
