Dr. Lester Faleiro
New Managing Director at Bühler Motor Aviation
Dr. Lester Faleiro was appointed Managing Director of Bühler Motor Aviation, based in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen, on February 1. The company's main activity is the development and production of innovative systems and components for the adjustment of aircraft seats.
Together with Mark Furtwängler, member of the owner family, CEO of the Bühler Motor Group and Managing Director of Bühler Motor Aviation, he will lead the company into the future. In his role, Dr. Faleiro will assume both commercial and technical responsibility.
Dr. Faleiro joined Bühler Motor Aviation in April 2019 as Technical Director. Before joining Bühler Motor, Dr. Faleiro worked for Liebherr Aerospace in Lindenberg/Allgäu for more than 18 years. During this time, he managed European projects in the field of electric aircraft systems. He was responsible for the company's pre-development strategy and led the in-service engineering department for flight control products. as
