The strong one

The high-torque, brushless EC-i motors from Maxon Motor are now also available in small diameters - and in several variants. They are suitable for hand-held devices and applications in robotics.

This BLDC with a diameter of 30 millimetres is smaller than the previously available EC-i 40. Like its predecessors, this motor impresses with its high dynamics, low cogging torque and high torque. It is available in two lengths and in standard and high torque versions. It delivers a maximum rated torque of up to 110 millinewton meters at 75 watts. All versions of the EC-i-30 motors can be expanded with encoders, gearboxes, servo controllers or positioning controllers from Maxon Motor. pb
