Automated guided vehicles

Compact draught horses

Driverless transport systems will be an essential part of modern logistics in the future. Whether in production, logistics centers or hospitals, these systems will transport goods from A to B regardless of working hours, conditions and route schedules.

Automated guided vehicle systems must integrate smoothly into existing processes, i.e. they must be compact and lightweight, but also powerful and maneuverable in order to transport heavy goods. ebm-papst will be showing BLDC motors with integrated electronics in the power range up to 750 watts combined with the manufacturer's gearboxes and brakes. The ECI (electronically commutated internal rotor) series is designed to impress with its high efficiency and high power density. pb
