Regional fair takes place
all about automation benefits from the small trade fair format
While the large industrial trade fairs are gradually being canceled due to the coronavirus situation, all about automation benefits from its smaller format. This enables the organizers to offer face-to-face trade fairs even under the current corona protection regulations.
Around 130 companies will be present at all about automation in Essen on 9 and 10 September and 150 companies two weeks later on 23 and 24 September 2020 in Chemnitz, the organizer announced. In the new set-up of all about automation under the motto "The Safest Place To Meet", there will be plenty of space and room for every conversation. The permitted visitor frequency will be controlled via half-day tickets, and the opening hours have been extended by one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. One-to-one discussions are also possible outside the exhibition stand at additional networking tables. Regulations on social distancing, face coverings and hygiene standards apply at trade fairs as in many other areas of daily life and can be adapted to changing regulations.
The Easyfairs Group, to which the all about automation trade fairs now belong, has recently agreed a partnership with SGS, one of the world's leading inspection, testing and certification companies. The cooperation with SGS will ensure that the health and safety protocols of Easyfairs events and venues meet the highest international standards and are implemented in a controlled manner.
Trade fairs planned for 2021
Following the trade fairs in fall 2020, all about automation is set to continue in Hamburg on January 20 and 21, 2021. The first trade fair was already held in the Hamburg-Schnelsen exhibition hall at the beginning of August - another regional format with a clear focus and predefined number of visitors. After the start of the year in the north, the event will continue at close intervals: on March 9 and 10, 2021 in Friedrichshafen, on May 19 and 20, 2021 at the new location in Heilbronn, on June 9 and 10, 2021 in Essen and on September 22 and 23, 2021 in Chemnitz. From 2021, the all about automation concept will be supplemented by the EasyGo service package based on digital marketing technologies. Trade fair preparation and follow-up will then be digital.
